MY ORDER
After your purchase, you will receive confirmation to the e-mail you provided when placing your order.
Please check your junk/ spam mail and contact us if you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours.
Once you have placed your order, we are unable to make any changes. This includes changing the item or size, adding items to your order or the shipping method.
NORTY Gym Wear will not be responsible for any incorrect items as a result of incorrect information input into the checkout.
If you notice that your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to rectify this before the order is sent.
NORTY Gym Wear cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing due to incorrect information being given. We are not liable to refund or replace this order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel orders once they have been placed.
In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The name and size of the item you did not receive
- The name and size of the order you received in it’s place
- A clear photo of the item you have received, including our logo
Once we have received these details, we will be in contact within 24 hours.
We’re sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item! Please send us the follow information:
- Your name
- Your order number
- Item name
- Photo evidence of the damaged item (the fault as clear as possible, full-length photo of the item and the NORTY logo).
All faulty items must be verified by a member of our customer service team prior to a replacement being issued. The team will be in contact as soon as possible.
You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
The majority of our items are all available on a pre order basis as they are all made to your size and fit, meaning the maximum time your item will usually take to get to you is up to 12-18 working days. If your item is a pre-order item, then it will show this when you select your sizing for your items.
You will also be notified of the delivery time scale on your order confirmation email.
If you have not received your order and it has been outside of the timescale, we usually endeavour to contact each customer to explain the reason for the delay. Sometimes there may be reasons outside of our control e.g. COVID restrictions.

As soon as your package has been fulfilled and shipped, the tracking information will be provided via e-mail.
Please note, tracking can take around 48 hours to update after dispatch. Please check your tracking link regularly however your order is on its way!
